Die Präsentation der Frühjahr/Sommer-Kollektionen der österreichischen Labels ANZÜGLICH * KAWAYAN * LILA * MAIKO * SAPERLIPOPETTE trägt dieses Jahr einen neuen Namen, der gleichzeitig Programm ist: quintEssenz:mode. Das Mon Ami wird am 18.4. um 16 Uhr und um 20 Uhr zur Bühne für die frühlingshaften Stoffkreationen des Designer-Quintetts, begleitet von live Musik und anschließender DJ-Line. Ein hinreißender Side-Event des MODEPALAST, bei dem ein Woche später alle fünf Designerinnen mit ihrer Mode vertreten sind.
Monica Reyes and her band were responsible for the live soundtrack of the show. Her great voice and the amusing texts matched perfectly the show and added a naughty twist to this lovely evening. Austrian fashion at its best!

Am Sonntag Nachmittag gestalten red mutha aus Brighton (UK) einen „Fashion Run“ unter Nutzung der Medien facebook, myspace und twitter. Auf diesen Wegen werden BloggerInnen, FotografInnen und andere Kreative rekrutiert, die als spontanes, modisches Team gemeinsam für Vielfalt in der Schönheit laufen. Das Mode-Rennen wird visuell dokumentiert. Wer sich genauer informieren möchte, kann dies über die facebook-Gruppe ‘redmutha’ tun.

we have a lot of clothes that people can wear but they can also wear their own clothing,ideally quite glamorous and inappropriate for running! this will make it a really fun spectacle! the more overstyled and dressed up people are the better though they can take part weraing whatever they like really.
